Occupational Therapist
Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist
Dementia Care Specialist
My name is Dr. Jeremy Etisomba, Occupational Therapist, Neurorehabilitation and Dementia Care Specialist with close to a decade of experience.
My journey into this field began with a deeply personal experience that shaped my passion for helping others. Originally from Paris, France, I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world, but it was in the United States that I found my calling and eventually settled down with my family in Ohio. My diverse background has allowed me to see healthcare from different perspectives, and I've integrated these insights into my approach, focusing on empowerment and personalized care.
I’m the founder of Neuro Empowering, a virtual practice dedicated to helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life. My work is not just about treatment; it's about understanding each person's unique needs and goals. I believe in a holistic approach that connects the mind, body, and spirit, fostering an environment where healing is a collaborative and deeply personal journey.
My approach to occupational therapy is rooted in empathy, innovation, and a deep respect for each individual’s journey. I provide evidence-based individualized services, focusing on neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to rewire itself—and I use cutting-edge tools like the Interactive Metronome, LudoFit and NeuronUP and our PRIMME Time program to enhance cognitive and motor functions. By tailoring each session to the specific needs of my clients, I ensure that the care they receive is not only effective but also meaningful to facilitate participation in your day to day activities.
