The Premier Wellness Program is a six-month journey designed to elevate your wellness through personalized strategies and actionable insights. The pay-as-you-go option allows for flexibility, spreading the cost across the program’s duration while maintaining access to expert guidance.

Key Components:
Initial Assessment (2 Hours): $349A comprehensive session to explore your health history, lifestyle habits, and personal goals. Together, we’ll create a personalized wellness plan and introduce the importance of biomarker tracking.

Specialized Lab Testing: Access an advanced panel of biomarker tests to establish a baseline and track progress at regular intervals throughout the program. Lab tests are conducted through a partnered provider.
(Note: Lab fees are paid directly to the provider and are not included in the program cost.)

Bio-Marker Data Evaluations (Two 1-Hour Sessions): $250 per session
Baseline Data Review (Month 1): An in-depth analysis of your initial biomarker data to develop actionable strategies for improvement.
Progress Data Review (Month 6): A follow-up session to assess progress and refine your wellness strategies based on retest data.

Monthly Follow-Ups (Four 30-Minute Sessions): $189 per session Regular check-ins to monitor progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Pre-Session Client Responsibilities:

Consent Form and Acknowledgment: All clients must review and sign the consent form before the program begins. This document outlines the scope of services, confirms that no medical diagnosis or treatment will be provided, and acknowledges understanding of program policies.

Client Intake Form: Clients are required to complete a detailed intake form covering their current health, relevant medical history, and personal wellness goals. This form ensures that the initial assessment is productive and tailored to the client’s specific needs.

Lab Testing Registration: Clients must register for the partnered lab testing program within 30 days of the initial assessment to ensure timely progress within the program.

Completion of Lab Work: Clients must schedule and complete their biomarker testing within the time-frames specified by the partnered provider.

Sharing Bio-Marking Lab Data: Clients must share their biomarker test data with BioHarmonic Wellness within 14 days of receipt to enable timely scheduling of follow-ups and data analysis sessions.

Adherence to Deadlines: All requirements must be met within the specified timeframes. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of program components without refund.
