During this session we’ll talk about your health and fitness goals and I’ll design a 12 week personalized workout program based on your current fitness level. You'll have access to your workouts through the My Coach app. You'll have the freedom to complete the workouts in the comfort of your own home. This includes 15 minute weekly check ins over the phone or Zoom throughout your 12 week program.

Hi! I’m Melissa King and I’m a certified health coach and personal trainer specializing in helping women overcome their anxiety and depression so they can be more productive, have more energy, and live an abundant life. I believe that in order to create healthy lifestyle habits that are sustainable you must do this one step at a time.
I teach behavior change techniques that can be personalized to fit any lifestyle. I have learned most of this from personal experience having overcome anxiety and depression myself. I teach through an online program, group coaching, and one-on-one coaching. I also work with corporations to guide them in creating a corporate wellness program within their organization where team members can thrive and be the healthiest version of themselves. Health and fitness is my passion and I get so much joy out of supporting people on their health journey to become the best version of themselves.
