Service Description
Move & Flourish to Resilience Program - Full
100 minute weekly small group coaching, with a 10-minute break in between.
Access to online workbooks, videos, resources, as well as community support offered to you by Hennie, Canadian Women’s Health Physiotherapist & Coach!
Program Descriptions
In the first half of the coaching sessions, we will be going Health and Wellness Modules & Workbooks on the following topics: Health & Resilience, Sleep, Nutrition Fundamentals, Relationship & Social Wellness, Food & Mood, Hormones & Metabolism, Stress Management, Movement & Active Living, Body Image & Weight, Self Care.
In the second half of the coaching sessions, we will be going through specific teachings and discussions related to pelvic health and persistent pain that are covered in my Pelvic Therapy Program, Pain-Minded Program and Mindfulness-Based Pain Relief Program!
We will also be learning and sharing from each other. I will also share my personal and professional experience as a physical therapist and a mother of 2!
We all need to learn from each other and strive to be healthy and be the best version of ourselves!
