Service Description
This two-session package is ideal for addressing a specific concern or immediate need. Over the course of two 60-minute sessions, you’ll work with a licensed counselor to identify the root of your challenge and begin implementing strategies to move forward. Whether you’re seeking clarity, stress relief, or emotional support, this short-term option offers a focused path to progress.
Service Requirements
1:1 Coaching Programs (6 or 12 Weeks)
Clients must commit to the full duration of the program.
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are scheduled at the start of the program.
Missed sessions cannot be carried over beyond the program’s end date.
Group Coaching Programs
Attendance is required for all six weeks of the program.
Materials or recordings (if applicable) will be provided for missed sessions, but refunds are not available for missed classes.
Active participation and respectful communication with other participants are expected.
Group Classes and Workshops
Registration must be completed at least 48 hours in advance.
Materials or worksheets (if provided) will be sent via email before the session.
Some workshops may have a participant cap to maintain an intimate group setting.
Individual Counseling Packages
Sessions in a package must be used within a specific time frame (e.g., 3 months for 4 sessions, 6 months for 6 sessions).
Unused sessions cannot be refunded but may be transferable to another service with prior approval.
Free Services (e.g., Self-Care Circle)
Registration is still required to secure your spot, as spaces may be limited.
Participation Guidelines
Punctuality: Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to make the most of their session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a fee reduction.
Commitment to Growth: Be open to exploring new strategies, receiving feedback, and engaging in self-reflection to maximize the benefits of the service.
Technology Requirements (if virtual):
Access to a reliable internet connection, a private space, and a device with video and audio capabilities is required for virtual sessions.

Payment Methods
Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved payment platforms.
Payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your session or program enrollment.
Package Payment Plans
For larger packages or programs (e.g., 6-week or 12-week coaching), payment plans may be available upon request.
Payment plans require an initial deposit to secure your spot, with remaining installments due as agreed upon in writing.
Late payments may result in session delays or additional fees.
Refund Policy
Individual Sessions: Refunds are not available for completed sessions. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice may be eligible for rescheduling.
Packages: Refunds are not available for unused portions of a package, but credit may be applied toward other services within a specified time frame (e.g., 6 months).
Workshops/Classes: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the class. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
Missed Payment Policy
For services requiring multiple payments (e.g., coaching programs or payment plans), payments must be made on time. Failure to complete payments may result in:
Suspension of services until payment is received.
Cancellation of remaining sessions or access to the program.
Late Cancellation/No-Show Fees
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a fee equal to the full session cost.
No-shows are non-refundable and may result in forfeiture of a session from your package.
Sliding Scale or Financial Assistance
A limited number of sliding-scale slots may be available for clients facing financial hardship. Please inquire directly to discuss options and eligibility.
Service Credit/Transfer Policy
Credit for unused sessions may be applied to another service within a specified time frame (e.g., 3–6 months), subject to approval.
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person unless explicitly agreed upon.
Receipts and Invoices
Receipts are provided for all payments.
Invoices for insurance reimbursement (if applicable) can be issued upon request but must be discussed beforehand.
Adjustments to Fees
Empowered Elevation Counseling Pod reserves the right to adjust fees at any time. Existing clients will be notified of changes at least 30 days in advance.
