Holistic Relationship Coach

I am a certified holistic relationship coach with Radiant Coaches Academy. I live in Brighton, UK, on the south coast, and absolutely adore nature. I am also a corporate trainer, specialising in diversity & inclusion leadership training. And finally I am a performer and workshop tutor in comedy improvisation.

I have personal experience of different relationship set-ups, including open, polyamory, monogamous, straight (until I came out at 28!) and gay. I am a co-parent, runner and yoga fanatic. My pronouns are she/her.

Our sessions are tailored to where you are at and where you want to be. I use my intuition, compassion, experience and knowledge. I focus on the balance of Mind, Body, Spirit, and turn up or down each area to fit in with what you want.

All sessions are via zoom, and so you may catch sight of Coco the Coaching Cat! She is a 4-year old tortoiseshell rescue.
