Welcome! My name is Shawna. I'm a Board Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner and Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Coach. I have been in the health and wellness industry since 2010 and love helping women navigate their health goals through proper nutrition. Being able to teach that food is medicine has been my greatest passion!
I specialize and work with women who are looking to naturally balance their hormones or lose unwanted weight with holistic nutrition, lifestyle changes, mediation, and body movement.
