I come from a background in strategy, and that’s exactly what we are doing here!

A supportive health and wellness coach can help you identify your meaning of wellness, help you set goals (small or large) and support you as you slowly work toward feeling healthy and balanced.

Pre-requisites:
1) Free 45-minute discovery call, no obligations.
2) Coaching agreement/ contract reviewed and signed prior to the start of the first paid session, if client decided to commit to coaching.
3) Completed confidential intake forms, which will be sent to you after the discovery call.

Q. Are coaching sessions online or in-person?
A. All coaching sessions will be held online, using Zoom. For optimal relationship building, you will to have reliable internet, a webcam and microphone.
Q: Do you offer packages and a discount?
A. Yes. You can choose to book one session at a time or work with me for three months at a discounted rate per session.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: As your Coach, I understand that my clients have busy schedules and I take pride in not keeping them waiting or keeping them longer than planned. Each session will end 45 minutes after it was scheduled to begin. Please be on time. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the Client must do so at least 24 hours in advance for refund; otherwise, the Client will forfeit that appointment and may not have an opportunity to reschedule it.
