This training will guide you through the principles of Reiki, teaching you how to harness and channel the universal life force energy to promote healing and balance in yourself. Learn how to facilitate self-Reiki and healing on a physical level along with the hand positions and creating your sanctuary space.

Reiki I Healer Level (called Shoden in Japan) is taught to those that wish to learn to use the Reiki Energy Healing. The class is taught by a Reiki Master trained to pass the attunements and teach Reiki. Traditional Usui Healing Systems uses a set of four attunements. Reiki I class material generally includes the self-care hand positions used when doing Reiki on self, the Reiki principles, and the history of Reiki. You then receive the first attunement associated with the correlating symbol.

Taught in two classes, two hours each via In-Person or Zoom. Reiki Level I Healer PDF manual, certificate of completion, and special gift is provided.

Classes are capped off to six (6) students. In-person or Zoom.

Fee: $125 for both classes.
