Have you heard about the benefits of having an effective morning routine but struggled trying to figure out how to create one? Or even know what one is?
A morning routine is incredibly powerful because it allows you to consciously step into your chosen way of being for the day. As you wake, your body emerges from a state of deep healing, resetting and balancing, and transitions back to what's likely to be a demanding, high-output day.
The way you transition from sleep to wake has serious bearing on the energy you bring to the day. With intention and routine, you'll be able to direct that energy into working for you, not against you.
During our session together, I'll guide you into creating a morning routine that works for you taking into account your schedule, time limitations and personal needs. Once in practice, you'll notice increased productivity, mental focus, energy and spirit.
Q: What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A: Rescheduled or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be billed in full. All fees are non-refundable, non- transferable. NOTE: For best results, it is recommended that sessions be used within a three (3)-month period. Sessions will expire after six (6)-months from the time of purchase.
