Proper form is one of the most important aspects to exercising. If you are not in the correct form, you have a high risk of injuring yourself. This class is designed to go at a slower pace, so that we can talk through proper cues to make sure you are completing a movement safely and effectively. This class is great for beginners, or someone with a tendency towards injury.
