Are you feeling overwhelmed with your mind racing with a million thoughts at any given moment? Please know you are not alone! In today’s society when we are bombarded with the endless news stream, social media, responsibilities of family and work, how can one possible calm the mind. These are to name just a few; the list is endless and the few mentioned are an overtitle and so much is entailed with each one.

First and foremost, I implore you to start your day technology free for at least one hour. I know, I know… you are saying right about now… Wait what, how can I do that when I need to check my work email, my children’s school portal, etc. How can I possibly start my day without it? Believe me, I thought the same thing and I encourage you to do it. If one hour is too much, start with 30 minutes and before you know it, it will grow to an hour. For me, my day starts off much calmer. This is a major form of self-care that doesn’t cost you a penny! Now that’s a win-win with the escalating living costs.

Reiki has and continues to be my go-to tool in calming my mind in this chaotic world, for by creating a new reality of calmness your days will go smoother. Please know, I am not saying each, and every moment of every day will be calm, what I am saying with the tool of Reiki it provides you with the method of releasing pent up energy making your mind and body relax.

By connecting with a Reiki Practitioner or Reiki Master you will experience how they use their hands to channel healing energy to different areas of the body, including your mind, helping to release blockages and restoring the natural flow of energy.
