Service Requirements

Consultation Requirement

A 15, 30, or 60-minute initial consultation may be required before starting certain services to assess fit and establish goals.
Consultations are non-refundable but may be applied to future sessions if applicable.
Booking Policy

All sessions and packages must be booked in advance.
Clients are encouraged to schedule sessions as early as possible to secure preferred times.
Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session or program spot.
For package options, payment plans may be available upon request.

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Specific Service Requirements
1:1 Coaching Programs (6 or 12 Weeks)
Clients must commit to the full duration of the program.
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are scheduled at the start of the program.
Missed sessions cannot be carried over beyond the program’s end date.
Group Coaching Programs
Attendance is required for all six weeks of the program.
Materials or recordings (if applicable) will be provided for missed sessions, but refunds are not available for missed classes.
Active participation and respectful communication with other participants are expected.
Group Classes and Workshops
Registration must be completed at least 48 hours in advance.
Materials or worksheets (if provided) will be sent via email before the session.
Some workshops may have a participant cap to maintain an intimate group setting.
Individual Counseling Packages
Sessions in a package must be used within a specific time frame (e.g., 3 months for 4 sessions, 6 months for 6 sessions).
Unused sessions cannot be refunded but may be transferable to another service with prior approval.

A: Payment Methods Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved payment platforms. Payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your session or program enrollment. Package Payment Plans For larger packages or programs (e.g., 6-week or 12-week coaching), payment plans may be available upon request.
