Maybe you’ve set goals. But no matter how many goals, accomplishments, or achievements, you’ve realized the accumulation of things or constant achievement does not equate to meaning and FULLFILLMENT.
There’s this persistent nudge feeling in the background. This nudge feeling often starts off as a whisper and gets louder overtime, finding a way to get our attentions. You don’t sleep well, and you feel stress and tension in our body.
You often feel overwhelmed and on the edge of burnout. You want less stress in your life, but you’re not sure how to rest your body and relax your mind.
