This personalized Client Session begins with a thorough and brief Client interview, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of the Client's needs and preferences as outlined by the client in their questionnaire, followed by a tailored plan of support designed specifically for them. After every completed coaching session, the Client will receive a personalized recorded affirmative prayer or, an iRest Yoga Nidra practice that is uniquely crafted to cater to their individual requirements and goals.
