There are many reasons why attending group childbirth education classes may not work for you or your family - work, disability, gender and sexuality, previous trauma or loss, neurodivergence (like autism/ADHD) and more. Whatever your reason, with more than 12 years of experience as a high risk doula and childbirth educator, Heather has the curriculum, tools and experience to help you plan for the pregnancy, birth and postpartum period you will have - not just the one you wish you'll have. With Heather's support, you'll have the resources you need to not simply survive but thrive in this new chapter of life.
