Faith Shift Coach

Over the past twenty years, tens of thousands of individuals who grew up in the Evangelical and Fundamentalist Christian world have slowly (or forcefully) experienced a faith shift. But navigating that faith shift has often been a desperately lonely and unsupported experience. Having grown up in the Evangelical world and experienced her own initial faith shift in her early twenties after the death of my infant son, with another wave of processing when my teens, partner and I all realized over the past few years that we were on the LGBTQ spectrum, Heather brings a unique perspective to her role as a faith-shift coach. Heather serves as an Elder, preacher/teacher, and coach for a progressive church community, where she regularly supports folks through this process. If you are in the midst of processing deconstruction, religious trauma, purity culture, LGBTQ+ acceptance, marriage and family dynamics, parenting approaches and the reconstruction journey - whatever that means for you - then Heather has the experience and strategies needed to help.
