Disability - and the need to navigate disabilities - isn't limited to adults or little kids. But you'd be forgiven for thinking that was the case. So often resources and access seem to focus just on these two groups, leaving teens with disabilities sidelined and without the tools or resources needed to navigate this process. That's where teen disability coaching comes in. With a lifetime of experience of disability (and two generations of navigating disabilities as and with teenagers) Heather brings a unique perspective to building life skills, navigating mental health complexities, and learning to advocate for yourself within the medical system - all skills you will need to not only survive but thrive in life!
