Autism isn't limited to little kids. But you'd be forgiven for thinking that was the case. So often resources and access seem to focus just on kids, leaving teens with autism sidelined and without the tools or resources needed to navigate this process. That's where teen autism coaching comes in. With a lifetime of experience of autism (and two generations of navigating autism as a teenager and with her own teenagers) Heather brings a unique perspective to building life skills, navigating mental health complexities, and learning to advocate for yourself - all skills you will need to not only survive but thrive in life!
