Shamanic Reiki

Reiki is a natural form of energy healing that produces deep relaxation in the body for stress reduction and healing for mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health needs.

Because energy healing can occur without physical interaction, you do not need to be "present" on the phone or video during this time. However, it is a good idea during your appointment time to slow down a little and envision the healing outcome you desire. Your practitioner will perform this service remotely, and will send a follow-up email afterwards. Believe it or not, this is a very effective method of energy healing, even without human touch in person :).
