Personal Training- 12 Session Package

I’ll create a personalized workout program designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. The workout will consist of a dynamic warm up, movements to build strength and develop cardiovascular endurance, and static stretching to improve flexibility.
Please note: $650 is the financial investment for all 12 personal training sessions. You do NOT have to pay $6500 per personal training session.
