Hello, Amanda here. I am a certified personal trainer and health coach. I am looking forward to working with you to help you reach any health and wellness goals that you may have. I understand that there is not a one-size fits all approach when it comes to behavior change and improving your health. Each client I work with is unique in their own way, and we need to uncover what will work for you.
My coaching philosophy is that exercise and healthy living should be enjoyable and sustainable. Rather than giving you a list of things to check off, or a rigid schedule, we will discuss what works for your current lifestyle, and we will work together to find ways to make you feel successful. As we progress, you will receive feedback and support along your wellness journey. Life happens, so I will be here every step of the way to encourage you and help with inevitable setbacks and challenges.
