Initial Assessment (2 Hours): $349 A comprehensive session to explore your health history, lifestyle habits, and personal goals. Together, we’ll create a tailored wellness plan, establish the foundation for your journey, and introduce biomarker tracking.

Advanced Lab Testing at Regular Intervals: Access biomarker testing through a partnered provider at key points during the program to track changes and refine your wellness strategies.(Note: Lab fees are paid directly to the provider and are not included in the program cost.)

Bio-Marker Data Evaluations (Two 1-Hour Sessions): $250 per session
Baseline Data Review (Month 1): A detailed session to analyze your initial biomarker data and incorporate actionable insights into your personalized plan.
Progress Data Review (Month 6): A follow-up session to assess tracked progress and refine wellness strategies based on updated biomarker data.

Pre-Session Client Responsibilities:

Consent Form and Acknowledgment: All clients must review and sign the consent form before the program begins. This document outlines the scope of services, confirms that no medical diagnosis or treatment will be provided, and acknowledges understanding of program policies.

Client Intake Form: Clients are required to complete a detailed intake form covering their current health, relevant medical history, and personal wellness goals. This form ensures that the initial assessment is productive and tailored to the client’s specific needs.

Lab Testing Registration: Clients must register for the partnered lab testing program within 30 days of the initial assessment to ensure timely progress within the program.

Completion of Lab Work: Clients must schedule and complete their biomarker testing at regular intervals as outlined by the partnered provider.

Sharing Bio-Marking Lab Data: Clients must share their biomarker test data with BioHarmonic Wellness within 14 days of receipt to enable timely scheduling of follow-ups and data analysis sessions.

Adherence to Deadlines: All requirements must be met within the specified timeframes. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of program components without refund.
