Coaching Meet and Greet

Are you interested in understanding coaching better, or looking to dip your toe in the water, but nervous about spending money on something unknown? Heather offers a one-time 45-minute coaching meet-and-greet where you can ask questions or even complete part 1 of her Values Based Integration Process. If you are interested in using this time for VBIP, please arrive with a list of five times in your life when you felt 'fully alive'. We will use these as part of your session.
