Birth Trauma Doula/Coach

We love to think of birth as this happy, exciting new adventure. But every day birthing people face traumas in the form of premature birth, c-sections, haemorrhage, separation from their babes and dozens more. All of this trauma can leave us feeling disconnected from our bodies and our babe(s)! It can increase our levels of anxiety and depression, making it difficult for us to bond with our babe(s), cope with the task of parenting or even get out of bed some days. Heather has more than 18 years’ experience supporting individuals and families through all the trauma and upheaval that birth can bring. Heather has the tools you need to process these experiences and find reconnection and wholeness with yourself, your partner, your babe(s).
