Interested in taking your self-care to a whole new level? Look no further! Learn how to unleash your inner peace and healing through the powerful technique of Reiki.

The group course will take you through an introduction, history and principles of Reiki, how Reiki works and levels. As well as the balance of Yin and Yang, Auras, Attunements, creating your medicine space, the Cho Ku Rei symbol attunement, self-healing hand positions, other uses of the Cho Ku Rei symbol, and what to expect during and after the Reiki Level I attunement.

Taught in two classes, two hours each via Zoom. Reiki Level I PDF manual and certificate of completion is provided.

Reiki Certification classes for Levels I, II and Master are broken down to two classes for two-hours for each certification, and the levels are separated by a 3-4 weeks. Providing the time for the student to practice and learn about the Reiki healing energy felt in their own body. In Donna’s personal experience, the energy may be too much for a student to handle in taking all three levels over the course of two-three consecutive days, hence why Energy of Serenity offers the Reiki Levels separate.
