1) create the perfect grocery list which allows you to stock your pantry with staples you'll use on a regular basis (2) how to shop properly for foodstuffs you'll need for the week (3) where to go to choose meals your family will love (4) why food prepping is crucial to creating a successful meal plan.
You'll walk away with a few handy resources, a guide to creating your own meal planning library, and more.

This mini-workshop will be held over the course of one week to allow time for shopping and learning before we create our meal.
