But what makes up a beneficial self-care routine is more than your monthly mani-pedi. Learning to take care of yourself has a much broader reach.
If you want to learn more about creating a healthful self-care program for yourself, schedule your free initial consultation where we break down what you've been (or not been) doing yourself and how creating small changes can make you feel like a new person.
If you have a pretty good idea of what self-care is all about but just need help to implement a personalized routine with some ideas to jumpstart your practice, it is not necessary to schedule an initial consultation.

Ques : Do I need anything products or supplies for our meetings?
Ans : You will receive supplemental materials to help you build your self-care routine. These are free of charge. Use them as you see fit to help you maintain your self-care program.
Ques : How many times will we meet?
Ans : Depending on your personal needs, we will meet a minimum of once a week for a total of 4 weeks. You are welcome to extend your sessions if you feel the need.
