Feeling a little "off" or unwell but you can't seem to figure out why? Or maybe you know you've been eating too much of the sugary, fat-laden foods and now you want to clean up your act. These are just some of the reasons we use a Detox of a Cleanse.
We explore what type of Detox would be best for you and the guidance you will receive throughout the entire process.
Please keep a journal for 3 days prior to your appointment. I want you to write about what you eat and the time of day you eat it (you can say morning or lunch-time instead of specific hours). If you notice any particular thoughts or feelings, please be sure to add those as well. By all means, do not change your eating habits during this time. Eat exactly as you would everyday. No judgement, no shame.

Ques : What if I decide a detox & cleanse is not for me?
Ans : If you are unsure about doing a detox & cleanse and have more questions, please book an initial consultation first so that we can discuss what's involved.
Ques : How long does a detox last?
Ans : They can vary depending on the reason and/or type of detox as well as your overall physical condition. I typically like to do between 7-14 days for maximum results.
Ques : How much weight can I expect to lose?
Ans : While in most cases, people do lose weight, the purpose of a detox or cleanse is to rejuvenate and refresh your body by eliminating built up toxins, improving overall health, and leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged.
