Hi, I'm Laura!

I help women at or entering midlife create a way of eating and living unique to their bodies and lifestyles to achieve the health and wellness they deserve to thrive.

I created Nutritious Wellness as a means to communicate my vision of wellness in an approachable way. I coach women who want to become the CEO's of their health and become the healthiest versions of themselves.

My coaching is designed to help you feel healthy and vibrant. I'll guide you in making practical changes to your lifestyle that will positively impact your overall health.

Service Description

This package is for the woman who wants personalized meal ideas that incorporate whole, real foods to nourish your body and set you up for your best health. It offers suggestions for nourishing substitutes for your favorite treats & snacks and makes you feel excited about healthy eating. You’ll finally be able to make healthy eating part of your lifestyle forever.

During our 60 minute coaching session, we’ll put together a meal plan that works for you! We’ll strategize based on what you LIKE to eat; help you LOVE eating veggies; hydrate you to plumper, firmer skin; and drop excess LBS without counting a single calorie. And yes! Treats can absolutely be part of a healthy eating plan! We’ll pick what’s best for you- guilt free of course. You’ll leave feeling motivated, in control and ready to up-level your health.

About ten to fifteen days after our session, we’ll Revisit and Reassess your new mea ideas to make sure you’re loving them and that they're working for you. We’ll adjust anything as needed and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions or get recommendations.

You’ll leave feeling confident that you can maintain this healthier way of eating and will already have started noticing results!

Service Requirements

Prior to our session together, I will send you a fillable PDF food journal that you’ll use to keep track of everything you eat and drink for 7 days. We'll review it together during our session to help us identify any patterns or habits, what your biggest desires and challenges are, or any emotional eating triggers that arose to help us get clear on what will work best for you and your lifestyle.


Ques : What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Ans : Rescheduled or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be billed in full. All fees are non-refundable, non- transferable. NOTE: For best results, it is recommended that sessions be used within a three (3)-month period. Sessions will expire after six (6)-months from the time of purchase.
