Gratitude, being thankful for what you have, and hope, the anticipation of good things to come, can both decrease stress and increase positive feelings such as happiness. One way to increase an attitude of gratitude and hope is to make the following exercise part of your daily routine.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Q: What happens if I miss a session?
A: "No shows" will be charged for the full amount of the missed session.
Q: How long are the coaching sessions?
A: The sessions are 45 minutes in length. However, there may be instances when we need to extend a few more minutes before we end a session. There is no additional fee for when this happens.
